On the 1st june 2007 the NGO Prostory from Podgorica are starting with the ralization of the project ActivArt - video campaign for Montenegrin culture. ActivART is realized by different montenegrin and regional institutions of culture, education and electronic medias: NGO Prostory, Faculty of visual art, Podgorica; The center of contemporary art, Sarajevo, Sibila d.o.o. and ATLAS television. Project is funded by Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture, formed in the collaboration of European culture foundation (ECF), HIVOS and OSI, program for southeast Europe. ActivART is the largest project supported by the foundations included in the Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture till now.
 The project ActivART is a system of well connected elements that deals with the connection among cultural ambient and artistic production in Montenegro. The project initiates production of serial short video forms as a part of campaign for Montenegrin culture. This campaign embraces wide public and has pretension to move and animate interest for diverse problems in which appears the most recent condition of actual Montenegrin art production, dispute relatones agreeable with obligation of making cultural sisthem in a frame of new society and economy circumstances. Oppositely of the statement that we live in a time of post turbulent circumstances, ActivART will articulate through video campain, creative reaction on indifferent relation for the moust capital questiones of emergance of actual artistic production and preserving cultural heritage.
Before making 15 video works, goes the proces of education and debates in a frame of lecturers and creatives workshops. Workshops will offer matreial about montenegrian ambient in which i develop of art prodaction and theme, which are part of the campain. Participantes of the workshops are students of FVU, Podgorica; FLU, Cetinje; FDU, Cetinje; Music Academy, Cetinje and Faculty of political science, Podgorica. Workshop Culture and art in turbulate circumstances, stady case - Montenegro, 1. 07. 2007. will last one day. Professors are: Milena Dragicevic Šešić and Janko Ljumović. Video art workshop will last for three days 2. 3. 4. 07. 2007. Proffesors are: Dunja Blažević, Šejla Kamerić and Stanko Crnobrnja.
